Why are males so dum sumtimes

BUT yesterday my friend called me and told me that she hung out with Ben at the Belcourt and they were smoking weed in the basement...everyone was really high and apparently, out of nowhere, Ben was like "Hey! Your friend Nikki? She's got some BIG BOOBS. Like, some really amazing tits. I mean, they're so big! Great rack!" and went on and on about it for a while.

and everyone in the room was like "huh? what the fuck?" and then it was awkwardly silent in the room for 10 minutes.

Yeah. Here I was, obsessing over whether or not we had a connection and why he hadn't called me yet and i thought we were gunna be soulmates and blahblahgayblah, and now this.

I am having a really difficult time taking men seriously anymore, or maybe my problem is that I ever took them seriously in the first place.

most guys will comment on boobs for like two seconds and drop it, or at most segway it into something else... otherwise he may be over-compensating for his lack of real attraction towards the XY chromosome'd...

okay what is it with guys and the "you're hot/i'd do you" consolation prize? that is so lame.

that is NOT a compliment. you are a dude, and i have a vagina. of course you'd do me. tell me something i don't know.

a real compliment is something like this:
"i have so much fun with you"
"your jokes make that fine ass even finer"
"you are smart, and that is very sexy"
" i love the way you laugh"
"you carry yourself well"
even "you are so beautiful" is okay in the right setting.

but let's skip all the stuff about how bad you want to put it in me, like, "girl boobies so hot. girl happy now, okay?" like your pathetic horniness is going to make all my problems disappear.

ANYWAY this obviously this does not apply to closet homosexuals so i guess this whole rant was pretty irrelevant to your post.

I appreciate the notion that somebody finds my breasts attractive, but I wish they wouldn't voice it to a room full of people, especially after they have already rejected me three months prior.
